On 6 July 2026, the Organization for Social Development (OSD) conducted an Advocacy and Influencing Training at Azzeman Hotel, bringing together 52 participants from ACLIC, OSD, and Save the Children International. The training enhanced participants’ skills in evidence-based advocacy, stakeholder analysis, advocacy messaging, and monitoring of child rights commitments. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants identified key child rights challenges and developed strategies to influence decision-makers. The training strengthened the capacity of children and civil society actors to actively engage in advocacy processes, expand civic participation, and promote accountability for child rights in Ethiopia.
